Teaming and Communication
Teamwork!
As a team we have progressed greatly. This science fair has brought use together were we have learned to work
together as a team and listen to the ideas of others and respect them.
Our technical advisors have helped us a lot in this project. Working as a team with our advisors helped us
learn the true meaning of teamwork. This group has taught us to learn from each other and become more responsible
toward our work. We all did or equal share of the work and never complained about it. This has been a great experience
for us. By being a team we learn a lot about solar thermal energy and its technologies. We strongly hope that our invention
will be manufactured in the future to help people heat their homes. Our team did really well on this project and really
well together.
Communication!
As our team worked on our project our communication between one another grew. Each week it seemed like our
team would talk more and more to each other. We learned a lot about one another. Our communication between our
team and our technical advisor grew by talking to him by email. We asked our technical advisor to look over our tasks
and to comment on any thing that he thought we could do to make our web page better. Our team also grew in communicating
with our teacher by asking her questions about the project and updating her on our project.
Lessons!
1. Communication really helps while working on a project!
2. It takes more than one person to get the job done.
3. Getting your task in time saves your team from a lot of stress.
