Component Three
Task One
The Flu Patch would have a big impact on the market place. There would be a great work demand for the Flu Patch over a five year period. It would be the first time a flu patch would be marketed so, therefore it would be tested out and advertised often. That means that they would need a vast supply of workers. The popularity of the flu patch would increase over the five year period because a parent has to put up with their children complaining about getting a flu shot. Instead of getting a flu shot the children could put on a flu patch. More and more kids would use the flu patch instead of getting the shot that even parents would start to use the flu patch as well. A lot of people would start to use the flu patch instead of the painful needle.

Task Three
One new graduate degree program that could emerge because of the scientific advancements shown in the flu patch is medical alternatives. This program would be based on alternatives to popular medical techniques such as the giving out of vaccines. Alternatives to these techniques could provide people with better health and fewer side effects than more commercial or normal techniques. The classroom would almost be like a debate room where the students would be given a challenge such as providing a new idea to solve a medical problem or providing a new, more efficient way of doing a procedure. That is the degree program that could emerge because of the advancements shown in the flu patch.
