The Flu Patch's design is similar to that of an ordinary band-aid.
It is square in shape, and is about the size of a half-dollar.
The base bandage is made of a latex rubebber with an adhesive pad on the bottom of the bandage.
Inside the pad is the vaccines that stimulate the antibodies that fight off the influenza virus.
The vaccines inside of the patch is really just a small dose of the Influenza. Its purpose is to stimulate the antibodies inside of the person and get their immune system to create an immunity to the virus. |
