Teaming

Throughout this process of building our website, our team has undergone several challenges and has learned various things. When we got stuck on how to do something, we cooperated with the teacher and sought advice. Over time we have found shortcuts as to constructing our site and creating the project. We’ve grown smarter throughout this project and it has become easier for us to research and program. But we’ve also come to a better understanding of each other and split the work evenly so that we all get our fair share. This project took us through a process that showed us the meaning of teamwork and individual responsibility.

Communication

The communication between our group has evolved throughout this project. When we first started, no one was very social, but as we started brainstorming and meeting, our relations closed in. As the project progressed everyone became more comfortable in asking questions and communicating with the teacher. So not only has our relationship as a group advanced, but our communication with our teacher also grew. However, communication with our technical advisor was very unsuccessful, since we did not find one. Over all though, we have communicated much more and became increasingly relaxed with asking questions. Also, our group has designated new ways in which we communicated in order to complete the project.

Three Lessons Learned

Through the duration of this program we have learned the following…

1.Our group learned that communication with team members is vital for success.

2. We learned to divide the work and take responsibility for our assignments.

3. Staying on task and respecting one another is very important to keep the project together.
